How do I edit my account information? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. |
How much is my shipping? |
|
Shipping is FREE. Our price showing in our catalogs and on our website includes the standard shipping charge to the continental US, so we do not charge you extra for shipping and handling**. You will find that our bisque price, shipping included, is much better than anywhere else. There will be an additional shipping chagre for residential shipping addresses. Standard FedEx ground shipping will be charged for those locations not open during the business hours of 9am-5pm local time.
For express shipping and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada, please call us to quote the shipping charges.
**Standard shipping is included for any order, however, you will have to pay for the extra chrage if express shipping is requested. For our Hawaii and Alaska customers, please contact us regarding your shipping rate. |

I received the wrong product. |

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
What is your return policy? |

Please contact us prior to any returns. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee for any returns and it will be deducted from the amount to be credited. Please make sure to pack well, as we only apply credit for unbroken pieces. Include an itemized list of what is being returned. Credit will not be issued until the return has been received. All credits are applied to your Bisque Haus account. Once processed, you will receive a copy of the credit via email. Return shipping charges must be customer prepaid. |
When will my order ship? |

For those items in stock, we usually ship them to you within 24 hrs. However, please allow up to 3 business days when our workload is busy. |
